I love this doctors office. My primary for my kids is Dr. Kovac. She’s awesome. He takes all my concerns to heart as well as the other. Staff are pretty good as well. The wait to be seen maybe long at times; but, other than that I don’t have any complaints!

We are so thankful to have Dr. Kovacs as our children's pediatrician. We started with him when my son was born, 19 years ago, and he is now the provider for my daughter and neices. He is incredibly thorough, never dismissive, and a gentle soul that puts this high strung mom at ease. He is truly a gem in the community!

Chesapeake Pediatrics is where we take our grandchilden, they have numerous doctors that are excellent in their field. They seem to be very wise in their work and tend to be old school in their methodology's. What I mean is that they care about their patients well-being and they will take the time to get it right, it is not like an assembly line and they just crank them through. Sometimes that means that someone may have to wait in the lobby for a few extra minutes. The front end staff are incredibly patient, with many times, very rude and obnoxious parents who want everything and they want it NOW!! I think that if I had their job, I would be having some words, eyeball to eyeball, with some of the childish, self arrogant, entitled parents that come into that office. But then I might not have a job. I read in another persons review complaining coming in for an ER appointment and having to wait a few minutes. Well gee whizz, if it was an actual emergency and they had gone to the ER, the average wait time there is over 4 hours.

I have two girls that see the doctors here. Excellent service every time. They truly care about my girls' well being. My girls love the pediatricians here. We don't wait that long either. I understand if they only have a couple doctors working one day and are swamped in patients. I honestly wish I could go here because when waiting for an adult medicine doctor of any kind myself, I'm waiting an hour to hour and a half sometimes 2 if they are seriously behind. The nurses are nice and will apologize if something comes up like a little bit of a wait for a room to clear and then they have to clean and sanitize a room. Honestly, the people that complain need to step back and walk a mile in someone's shoes that work in healthcare. We have our good and bad days in healthcare and God forbid we are in the full moon phase.

Dr. Kovacs is amazing. However this is the worst office to deal with. They never answer the phone and the wait times are over an hour every time we are there. The office manager Chelsea is always making excuses.
